Refund policy
If you are not completely happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days and we will look into your query immediately.
If the item is damaged in transit or we have made an error with the order we will send a replacement straight away.
Please email photograph's of the damage including the packaging to the email address stated on the packing slip and we will prioritise the replacement of your order within 1 business day.
Please ensure that all personalisation is correct before submitting the order as we cannot replace or refund incorrect orders.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless damaged. When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.
Proof of posting will assist you in tracking any shipment which is reported as lost, damaged or undelivered. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
