Shipping policy

LaserGiftsUK offer FREE standard delivery on all orders.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days, however, during busy periods this can be up to 7 working days of purchase.  Made to order products will be dispatched once the products have been made. When ordering products with different lead times, all products will be sent together when all products ordered are ready to be dispatched.

We can deliver items anywhere in the Mainland UK.

 All orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or DPD. We’ll let you know when your item(s) have been dispatched via email (check your junk folder if you do not receive this). Royal Mail or DPD will attempt delivery and if the recipient is not at home a card will be left with written instructions asking you to contact your local depot to re-arrange delivery or to collect. it is then the recipient's responsibility to contact the courier and re-arrange delivery or collection. 

Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
